It's official! DHLW+M is now Southeast Iowa Early Childhood!
Effective July 1, 2026 the DHLW+M Board joined with the Children First Board to become Southeast Iowa Early Childhood. The new board covers Des Moines, Henry, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Van Buren, and Washington counties. DHLW+M Board will hold it's final meeting on August 18th 2026.
